World Cup 2022 Qatar

Just because your dad was one of the better USA players, doesn’t make you one. Time to grow up show more at Dortmund like your young teammate Drew Bellingham. Very disappointed to read this.

It started with Morris being substituted in Wales game before him. And then Yedlin and Long asked him to apologize. MLS lackies lol. No way Reyna will respect those two mamalukes lol. Reyna and Adams got into it too about it. Knives are out. I just don’t see Berhalter lasting after this. Too much clout given to too many MLS losers by Berhalter. Reyna behaved badly but Berhalter is an idiot for outing him. Damage probably irreversible.

Speaking of Canada, making sure Phonsie doesn't go skiing during his Holiday break now. Manuel Neuer broke his leg skiing today. Out for the season. Fucking idiot!!

Silly sport anyway; cold, wet, dangerous. Germans should know better too as it was the bane of Michael Schumacher.

England fans are absolutely pathetic, all over social media blaming the ref.

Got to put it on target at least.

Very dissappointed

Extremely disappointing. He will rue that miss forever.

Of course, Harry Maguire missed marking on Giroud too. A Maguire gaff was always on the horizon.

Felt absolutely gutted for Harry Kane. That's a "take it to your f'n grave" moment that he will probably never let go.

Probably because France scored the first goal just after Saka was fouled at the other end and was not called. It was a foul but those are the breaks.

Been a lot of comments, even from other England fans going off on these "blame the ref" fans.
- How do you blame the ref that gave you two penalties in 35 minutes?
- Did the ref miss the penalty?
- Is the ref why they couldn't finish shots and score from open play?
- Is the ref why the ball deflected off McGuire?
- Is the ref responsible for Southgate's selection and subs?

It's truly sad. The other one I've seen a lot is Southgate letting Kane take the penalty against his teammate Lloris. Which is ridiculous. Like that's why he shot it into orbit. Kane is one of the best PK takers in the world, why wouldn't he take it? He rarely misses, he just did in a huge game, happens to everyone, Messi, Ronaldo, everyone.

They're just lashing out. It's what all fans do.

The upsetting thing for England has to be that they were unable to really test Lloris much at all from regular play. England only really felt dangerous from set pieces.

And that’s without Hernandez and Kante (a to a lesser extent Pogba). It’s a testament to how good France are that they can still do so well with so many injuries. And Benzema would’ve given them fits if he was healthy.

Penalty to the Argies!! Messi delivers. 1-0

Julian Alvarez makes it 2-0 Argentina.

There is a reason why Pep acquired Alvarez last year mid season if I remember. This kid is going to be good. Wild goal that second goal.

I think he's the next big Argentinian, along the lines of Aguero. I watched a few of his games at River Plate. Kid is going places.

Oh my Messi. Just wow

Alvarez with a brace.
