Nathan's in the air fryer. Mustard, ketchup, and chili. Cheese is fine but not mandatory.

Hebrew National, butterflied, cast iron skillet fried to almost charred, with onions and pepper frying next to it. Flip the dog, put onions and peppers on top, throw cheese on that. Place heavily buttered bun face down in the same pan and toast. When cheese melts, plate the bun, smother with mustard (regular or spicy) and place the dog/onions/peppers/cheese on top.
